1981
Fortune Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in
Kaohsiung County, Taiwan as a cast bronze
valve manufacturer.
1982
Bronze Ball Valves awarded U.L.(U.S.A.) certification,
the first manufacturer in Taiwan to achieve such
distinction.
1984
Products awarded quality certification by Australian Gas
Association.
1985
Board of Directors reorganized, Headquarter moved to Taipei.
1988
In accordance with the goal of product diversification, began manufacturing stainless steel and carbon steel products, and enlarged the factory.
1989
Received authorization from the Securities & Exchange Commission of the Ministry of Finance to undertake an initial public offering of FORTUNE shares.
1991
Products awarded quality certification by Chinese Petroleum Corporation.
1992
Awarded Class A Quality Control Honor by M.O.E.A.
Established Dalian Fortune Corp. for manufacturing of investment casting products.
Valve products inspected and approved by the Institution of Standards & Industrial
Research of Iran (I.S.O.).
Established Archmetal lndustries Corp. in Vancouver BC, Canada to promote Fortune products in North America.
1995
Valve factory awarded lSO 9002 quality certification by the Bureau of Commodity lnspection and Quarantine(B.C.I.Q.) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
1997
Began producing forged brass ball Valve products, which awarded quality certifcation by the American Gas Association (A.G.A.) and Canadian Gas Association (C.G.A).
1998
Forged brass ball valve products awarded U.L. quality certification.
1999
Automated Molding System (AMS) was installed and applied in the manufacture of cast bronze ball valve products at Kaohsiung factory.
Established a new valve factory, Fortune Valve (Yantai) Co., Ltd. for manufacturing of cast iron products.
2000
Valve plant awarded ISO 9001 quality certification by Bureau of Standard, Metrology and
Inspection (BSMI) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Forged brass ball valve awarded quality certification by Factory Mutual Research (FM).
2001
Quarter-turn stop valve awarded quality certification by the National Sanitary Foundation(NSF).
Successfully develop low lead bronze products.
Established Fortune Valve (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. for manufacturing of brass and bronze valves.
Established Fortune lndustries (Dalian), Inc. for manufacturing of stainless steel, carbon steel, forged steel, and cast steel valves.
2002
Successfully develop Fusion ball valves, which are fully compliant with ASME B16.34 standard.
2003
Fortune Industries (Dalian), Inc. Obtained TÜV ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
Fortune's Fusion Series obtained Fire Safe Certificate from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) in accordance with to API 607 4th ed.
2005
Fortune Industries (Dalian), Inc. obtained American Petroleum Institute (API) Spec Q1 and Spec 6D Certificates.
Fortune Industries (Dalian), Inc. obtained High Technology/New Technology Enterprise Certificate.
Fortune Valve (NingBo) Co.,Ltd. Obtained TÜV ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
Fortune Valve (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. obtained NSF and CSA Certificates.
2006
Fortune Valve (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. successfully developed metal sealing technology for brass ball valve and applied in mass production.
Fusion Valve Inc. was established in Edmonton, Alberta.
2007
Fortune Valve (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. successfully developed Push-Fit Ball Valve and started mass production.
2008
Dalian Fortune Corp. obtained German TÜV ISO 9001 2000 Certificate.
Fortune Valve (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. obtained CSA Certificate for Series 224-TF 1/4¡¨~2¡¨.
Establish Fusion Flowtech (Dalian) Inc. to develop oil/gas/energy market in China with private Fusion brand.
2009
¡uFusion¡vtrademark was identified as the famous trademark in Liaoning Province, PRC.
Fortune Valve (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. successfully developed low lead ball valve series products, and obtained Annex G, NSF 61 certification.
2010
Fortune Industries (Dalian), Inc. obtained CE/PED Certificates.
Dalian Fortune Corp. put into production of the Duplex Stainless Steel in investment casting.
2011
Fortune Valve (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. obtained Certificate of Standardized Safety Production.
Fortune Valve (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. obtained eight new patents.
2012
